Multibond SMX35

Soudal Multibond SMX35 is a high quality, single component, permanently flexible joint sealant.
Perfect for internal and external applications.
Based on Soudal’s patented SMX® Polymer technology Multibond SMX35 has a Shore A hardens of 35+/-5 and can accommodate movement of +/-20%. Multibond SMX35 has excellent UV resistance, high elasticity and can be painted with many types of paint. Once cured it form a strong, flexible and waterproof seal and bonds to a wide range of porous and smooth substrates. Multibond SMX35 can even be used on damp surfaces.
APPLICATIONS :
Multibond SMX35 “Seal and stretch” is ideally suited for a wide range of sealing applications in construction and industry including expansion joints, masonry and precast concrete joints, sanitary, bathroom and kitchen areas (resists mould growth), wall- and perimeter joints, for
sealing around window and door frames.
