Flex – E – Guard

Flex-E-Guard 501 is a 2-part elastomeric, cement-based waterproof coating for concrete and masonry. Part A is a blend of Portland cement, silica, PET microfibres and performance additives. When mixed to a slurry consistency with Part B, a styrene-acrylic polymer emulsion, it can be easily applied to surfaces. It cures to give an elastomeric, flexible membrane.

Flex–E–Guard 501 forms a waterproof membrane that is seamless and hardwearing.
It also stops the ingress of waterborne salts and atmospheric gases.
Retains flexibility when submerged
Freeze-thaw resistant
Crack bridging UV stable Protects concrete surfaces from Chloride attack and carbonation.
Can be over coated.
